Shipping & Returns:
Thank you for shopping with First Aid Industrial. Most orders received from our website are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Some orders may take longer depending on inventory levels. We will contact you if there is a backorder or if shipping may be delayed. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your order. Orders are shipped with the following carriers: UPS, FEDEX, Priority Mail and via Truck. The carrier used to ship your order will depend on the size, weight, and location of one of our warehouses the items are shipping from.
You may be contacted for additional shipping charges due to the size or weight of the items ordered. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, & APO's may be additional.
Standard shipping charges are as follows:
0-25: 8.50
25.01-50: 10.50
50.01-100: 12.50
100.01-200: 18.50
200.01-250: 24.50
250.01-300: 32.50
300.01-400: 37.50
400.01-500: 45.50
500.01-600: 55.50
600.01-1000: 65.50
International orders will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us via email at service@first-aid-industrial.com for a shipping quote and delivery time frame.
Returns:
You may return your order to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement if you notify us within 10 days of delivery. To receive a refund, the items must be unopened and unused. Shipping and Handling cannot be refunded. Please call us or email at: mailto:service@first-aid-industrial.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number in order to return your order. Any products that are returned and are unopened and in new condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days we cannot accept any returns.
